Returns
- Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Pickup Attempts: Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier fails to collect the shipment, you are required to return the item to our address.
- Availability: Reverse pickup service depends on availability in your area’s pin code.
- Quality Issues: Any quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and can not be encashed.
- Logistics Charges: A logistic charge of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process
1. Approval: Once approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days.
2. Refund: After receiving the returned product, the refund process will begin. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
3. Condition for Refund: The returned item must have all tags attached and be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the same condition as when received.

Cancellations
- Shipped Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. If the product is eligible for return, you can return it in accordance with our return policy.
