Shipping Policy

At The Vestir, we are committed to delivering high-quality clothing with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes and estimated delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment but will be introduced soon. Stay tuned for updates!

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

Standard Shipping (4-10 business days): Free for orders above ₹1999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
Express Shipping (2-4 business days): Available at ₹150 per order.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or strikes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available and it may be chargeable.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of shipping delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team at vardhmaanweaverscorporation@gmail.com.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, modifications (such as address changes) can be made within 12 hours by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with an opening video of the product and photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

9. Non-Deliverable Orders

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Return and Refund Policy

At The Vestir, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality clothing at unbeatable prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or defective products within 5 days of delivery.
If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items.
Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts.
Innerwear or accessories for hygiene reasons.

5. Return Process

Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to the provided return address.
After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
